Fred Chao's comic book series "Johnny Hiro" ("half Asian, all hero") has been pulling in great reviews from bloggers and comics sites.

LostToast.com calls "Johnny Hiro" #3 "balls-out awesome from cover to cover" while Comixtreme.com writes, "The book had me laughing out loud at one point and finished on quite a serious note that made me think a little bit more about my own life, yet another rare thing to find."

And Kevin at Newsarama says, "I can't say enough good things about Johnny Hiro, Fred Chao's ridiculously fun series that plays on movie cliches and popular culture. In this issue, Chao toys with a classic Japanese tale as he introduces the 47 Ronin Businessmen."
